Our goal at TEAM Charlotte is to make your swimmer's safety our highest priority. By working together as coaches, swimmers, parents, and volunteers, we can ensure the safety and welfare of our athletes both in and out of the pool. All TEAM Charlotte Athletes & Parents are encouraged to complete USA Swimming’s Safe Sport Training.
