Welcome to Team

Team Charlotte Swimming (TEAM) is a nonprofit, year-round USA Swimming program proudly serving the Charlotte community for more than 45 years. With nearly 250 swimmers and a team of 10 professional coaches, Team Charlotte offers a supportive, structured environment where athletes of all levels can develop their skills, build confidence, and pursue their goals, both in and out of the pool.


Our mission is to cultivate a close-knit team environment where every member receives personalized attention and support, enabling them to reach their highest potential.
